Graphic Designer - Las Palmas

We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer to join our company. As part of our team, you will be integral to the day-to-day operation of the business, with the potential to help impact the Company as we grow. Your main task will be to design marketing campaigns for the services and products of Alien's group business lines and its portfolio ventures however, you will be exposed to design challenges across all organizational functions. You will be responsible for creating relevant and stylish design, and pushing it forward with brilliant creative ideas, amazing craft skills, and clear, rational thinking. You’ll have the chance to meet and work with a team of passionate and clever people and our worldwide client network.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design compelling, consistent, and creative marketing campaigns that reflect our client's brand and tone of voice;

  • Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests such as company corporate presentations, one-pagers, and designs for social media purposes;

  • Maintain the accuracy of all graphic content.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer creating marketing campaigns;

  • Fluency in English is a must;

  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe CC (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign), Keynote deck design (Basic Adobe After Effects is a plus but not essential), and the use of AI graphic design tools including Midjourney, Canva, Opusclip, Invideo, etc..;

  • A striking professional portfolio showing strong design skills in digital design and branding, not simply in logos creations but in the full development of all brand assets;

  • A remarkable understanding of typography;

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a creative interpretation that adds to the brand creatively but consistently;

  • Must have a grasp of social media platforms including Twitter and LinkedIn;

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects;

  • Great attention to style and execution/craftsmanship;

  • Strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines;

  • Knowledge of layouts, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals;

  • A keen eye on current design trends and taste for contemporary style of the European and North American culture;

  • Ability to turn complex concepts into clear visuals;

  • Ability to work effectively alone and remotely if needed;

  • Availability to travel across our offices;

  • A collaborative and team-driven approach with strong communication skills;

  • Proactive and determined with a keen eye for attention to detail and to what makes design relevant in terms of communication.
