We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our team.
You have to possess a genuine passion for technology, be highly analytical, and have a good command of English. You must be well organized, and also keen to take on responsibility. Key qualities include having a high degree of stamina to work within an ambitious and goal-driven environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and monitor servers and systems for advanced detection and response to security threats and responses
Propose solutions for improved access and safety of data
Customise systems by means of scripting and coding
Collate and analyse events from host and network device log files(firewall, system logs, server logs) and Windows Event Log Analysis
Perform malware analysis and investigate incidents, incidence response, patch management, firmware updates on systems and servers, Access control, Certificate updates/renewal
Provide remediation and attack prevention to various systems/servers, design best practices for system/server usage, and prepare documents for user policies for organization-wide users.
Monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting server capacity and performance to keep up with demand in online traffic along with creating backup, archiving, and data retrieval procedures. Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical systems
Determining company needs and coordinating the development and maintenance of network infrastructure and ensuring secure and stable server connectivity and testing network protocols across the different company locations
User management in LDAP, IP-PBX, NAS, G-Workspace, CRM Tool and ticket management and resolution with other user management tasks along with System Administration and IP Networking.
Inventory Management including procurement and allocation of devices and equipment to different teams in the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Overall work experience of a minimum of 3 years;
Solid experience with Linux;
Experience with Python is a plus;
Wide understanding and passion for new technologies and innovative solutions;
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in either Electronic Engineering or Computer Science;
Fluent English comprehension, oral and written.
