We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for establishing long-term business affiliations with Business Incubators, Start-up Accelerators, Venture Capitalists, and other such institutes.

To join the team you have to possess a genuine interest in technology and business, be highly analytical and articulate, and have a fluent level of English. You must be a team player, well organized, and also keen to take on responsibility. Key qualities include being able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, being highly self-motivated, and having a high degree of stamina to work within an ambitious and goal-driven environment.

As a Partnership Manager, you will contact prospective Business Incubators, Start-up Accelerators, Venture Capitalists, and other such institutes from all over Europe by email, LinkedIn, calls, or personal meetings. You will oversee the traction of the prospect's interest, building their trust, onboarding them for a long-term collaboration, and maintaining an engaged relationship thus enabling the best path forward. Since the work environment is international, the language used in written and oral form is English, in which the candidate should prove fluency. Any other language is not critical but is considered a plus.


  • Researching and finalizing list of prospective Institutes across Europe 

  • Meeting, conducting workshops/seminars, and pursuing these prospects with an aim to close

  • Onboarding the prospects for a long-term relationship with Alien Innovation Consulting and act as as a go-to point of contact in order to solve contingencies and strive towards excellence in service

  • Formulate an engagement strategy for the onboarded Institutes and implement it


  • Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree;

  • At least two years of experience in sales / end-to-end key account management/business development;

  • Fluency in both English and French. Verbal fluency in any other language (preferably German or Dutch) is an added advantage.
