Presales Consultant - Hyderabad

We are looking for a Presales Consultant who will engage with our prospective clients who are the most innovative high-tech-high-impact start-ups and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the USA.

  • Contract Type: Permanent

  • Hybrid Work Modality: Monday to Thursday at the Office and Friday Work from Home

As a Presales Consultant, you will reach out to potential clients in the USA via email or LinkedIn. Your role involves engaging prospects to generate interest and arranging detailed calls with one of our Funding Consultants, tailored to the prospect’s specific needs. Given the international work environment, all communication—both written and verbal—will be conducted in English, and candidates must demonstrate fluency in the language.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact prospective clients in the USA through email and LinkedIn outreach;

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and generate interest in the company’s funding solutions;

  • Schedule and coordinate detailed consultation calls between prospects and Funding Consultants;

  • Manage and update prospect information and interaction records accurately in the CRM system;

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to consultation;

  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel;

  • Adapt communication style to suit an international audience and diverse client profiles;

  • Stay informed about the company’s funding products and industry trends to effectively address prospect queries.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree is a must;

  • Fluent English is a must.
