This is a 5-day-a-week 100% office presence-based role with NO Work-from-home allowed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our AI-powered software products and services, with a particular emphasis on large language models. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, leveraging your profound understanding of NLP, NLU, AI, and ML technologies, especially large language models like GPT-4 and LLaMA. Your expertise in GPT-4 prompt engineering will guide our technical direction.
  • Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams with fluency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, to design, develop, and launch software solutions. Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is essential for creating robust and scalable SaaS applications.
  • AI/ML Mastery: Leverage your deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Specifically, your understanding of GPT-4 prompt engineering and your familiarity with other key large language models like LLaMA will be invaluable.
  • Full-Stack Expertise: Knowledge of full-stack development with expertise in backend technologies such as Django and Tornado will contribute to the seamless integration of our software products.
  • Frontend Enhancement: Familiarity with ProseMirror for front-end development will be a valuable asset, enriching user experiences with cutting-edge content editing capabilities.
  • Team Coordination: Effectively manage and lead a team, using your technical know-how to guide and inspire engineers, data scientists, designers, and developers. Your leadership will foster innovation and ensure a cohesive development process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research using data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions.
  • Roadmapping: Create and manage product roadmaps using project management tools like Jira or Asana, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of features.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and clients. Fluency in communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Confluence will facilitate productive collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in product management, with a strong focus on AI/ML-driven software products and services.
  • Deep expertise in NLP, NLU, and large language models like GPT-4 and LLaMA.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Specific knowledge of GPT-4 prompt engineering and familiarity with other important open-source large language models like LLaMA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Previous involvement in the development of SaaS, web-based applications, and conversational AI agents.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Visionary thinking and determination to drive innovation in AI/ML product development.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development with experience in backend technologies like Django and Tornado.
  • Familiarity with ProseMirror for frontend enhancement.
