The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Recruitment & Selection responsibilities and support the organization on strategic initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development: Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and sign the client's onboard;
Account Management: Manage and partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements;
Recruitment: Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the assignment;
Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives;
Scouting and Screening candidates for internal and external (business/technical) roles;
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process;
Updating and managing the recruitment pipeline;
Data entry and organization duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To join the team it is required that you must:
In addition to a minimum of 5 years of Recruitment/ Sales experience with recruitment, candidates must have demonstrated a strong flair for client-facing roles;
A fluent level of English is a must;
Team Coordination experience is desirable;
Possess relevant Bachelor/Master's degree in HR is desirable;
Have excellent time management skills, be organized with the ability to prioritize your duties effectively;
Be computer efficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office;
Be driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a passion for building relationships and business.
