Frontend Developer - Las Palmas

In Alien Technology Transfer AI Lab we are on a mission to accelerate adoption of Artificial Intelligence for next-generation enterprise applications. We are creating an innovative product based on the use of Large Language Models such as GPT-4 , LLAMA and light Transformer model based on the BERT architecture DistilBERT.

We are searching for an experienced Frontend Developer to lead the charge.

As a Frontend Developer at Alien AI Lab, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in front-end technologies will be critical to our success.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the frontend development team to create rich and engaging user interfaces;

  • Utilize ProseMirror to enrich content editing capabilities and provide users with a seamless editing experience;

  • Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability;

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions;

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience);

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in frontend development. Familiarity with ProseMirror for frontend development is a valuable asset;

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively;

  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git;

  • Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL;

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
