We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our prospect pipeline across diverse audiences and markets, from institutional stakeholders such as companies,  NGOs, and public bodies, to the broader tech community.

You will take provided high-level content, strategies, and industry concepts and turn them into high-converting, technically sound digital assets. We are not looking for a copywriter or a social media content creator. We need a rigorous, technical marketer who is obsessed with data, page architecture, and search visibility—someone who can move seamlessly between high-level funnel strategy and hands-on technical execution with the goal of providing measurable pipeline outcomes.

We need someone with a strong startup attitude: sharp problem-solving skills, the ability to manage priorities and deliverables autonomously without rigid timeframes, and the capacity to handle diverse task assignments. Duties and Responsibilities

    • Funnel Architecture & Digital Asset Deployment

      • Technical Construction: Own the end-to-end technical building, launching, and optimization of landing pages, microsites, and digital funnel steps using provided copy and layout briefs.
      • Asset Structuring: Translate complex, provided technical frameworks into intuitive digital user experiences, landing page structures, and clear navigational journeys.
      • Asset Optimization: Collaborate with domain experts to package their internal knowledge, data, and research into high-converting digital lead magnets and landing pages.
      • Design Collaboration: Coordinate with our Content Designer to ensure the precise technical deployment of marketing assets, maintaining absolute brand consistency and performance.
    • Growth & Lead Generation
      • Conversion Optimization: Design and run structured A/B experiments on landing page variations, form fields, and layouts, utilizing data to optimize conversion performance over time.
      • Campaign Execution: Identify and capture leads through relevant inbound channels, translating provided marketing assets into highly targeted digital campaigns.
      • Lead Qualification: Technical configuration of backend logic to qualify leads by assessing interest, fit, and purchase intent, prioritizing pipeline entries based on potential ROI.
      • Market Mapping: Analyze digital traffic and market segments to validate new digital lead acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
    • SEO & Digital Inbound Strategy

      • Technical & On-Page SEO: Optimize the technical architecture of our web assets, including URL structures, schema markup, internal linking, and meta tags to maximize organic visibility.
      • Keyword Strategy & Mapping: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to align our landing pages and web assets with high-intent search queries from SMEs, institutions, and tech founders.
      • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Analytics 4 to track rankings, organic traffic health, and technical site errors.
    • Pipeline & CRM Management
      • Data Hygiene & Monitoring: Monitor inbound lead flows, ensuring accurate end-to-end tracking of lead status, follow-ups, and conversion activity.
      • CRM Operations: Organize and maintain lead data within CRM tools, building automated workflows and delivering actionable data reports for leadership.
      • Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate lead-generation campaigns with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and follow-up workflows.
      • Strategy Iteration: Collaborate directly with the Leadership team to technically implement, track, and iterate on digital sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Solid grasp of statistical reasoning, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement, applied to communication and campaign outcomes.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and qualifying prospect pipelines in B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and SEO tools.
  • Proficiency with the Google Marketing Suite and email automation platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach across channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment and understand the specific challenges of early-stage companies.

Preferred 

  • Experience targeting B2B audiences in the tech, AI, SaaS, insurance, or research funding sectors.
  •  Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Google Analytics or similar marketing certifications.
  • Proficiency in the professional use of LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist).
  • BSc or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or similar.
  • Working proficiency in other EU languages.
