Lead Generation Specialist - Las Palmas or Barcelona
--Las Palmas De Gran Canaria or Barcelona--
We are seeking two Lead Generation Specialists: one at Alien Technology Transfer (full-time on-site in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and one at our sister company Indeep Artificial Intelligence (full-time on-site in Barcelona).
About Alien

We do this by helping companies with concrete growth ambitions to secure funding for their product development through our innovation consulting expertise. About Indeep
Indeep AI researches and develops safe AI systems to solve complex problems and enable businesses to thrive in an ever-changing world. Our expertise lies in cutting-edge fields with a deep focus on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP). These capabilities are powering innovative solutions that transform how we communicate in the digital age, support decision-making, and automate business-critical processes for clients of all sizes. We are developing DIALOGIC, a platform designed to restore trust in digital documents. Built on Grice’s Cooperative Principle and a Theory of Mind engine, DIALOGIC analyses documents for pragmatic honesty, cognitive biases, and logical consistency, and adapts explanations to the reader in real time through our AI assistant, JedAI. Our longer-term goal is to establish the DPDF (Dynamic Portable Document Format) as a standard for transparent, verifiable communication.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join each team. Reporting directly to the Leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our prospect pipeline across diverse audiences and markets, from institutional stakeholders such as companies, governments, NGOs, and legal bodies, to the broader tech community. This role sits at the intersection of communication strategy and commercial growth. You will need to make technically complex ideas accessible and compelling, and translate that into measurable pipeline outcomes. We are not looking for someone focused on follower counts or content volume. We need someone who is rigorous about what actually works, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We need someone with a strong startup attitude: sharp problem-solving skills, the ability to manage priorities and deliverables autonomously without rigid timeframes, and the capacity to handle diverse task assignments. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast without sacrificing quality, and can pivot when priorities shift, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. This role is for someone energised by wearing multiple hats and making an impact without needing a detailed playbook. If that sounds like you, we’d be excited to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication & Narrative
- Translate technically complex concepts into clear, credible content for different audiences — technical, institutional, and general — across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, and other channels.
- Develop and execute campaigns to support the adoption of the DPDF standard within developer, legal, and academic communities.
- Work with domain experts to turn internal knowledge and research into content that drives inbound interest.
- Support the positioning of our products as tools for communication transparency and information integrity.
- Coordinate with our Visual Content Designer on brand consistency and content production.
- Growth & Lead Generation
- Design and run structured experiments on campaign and outreach performance, using data to optimise targeting and messaging over time.
- Prospect and identify leads through relevant inbound and outbound channels, including LinkedIn, industry communities, conferences, and targeted digital campaigns.
- Qualify leads by assessing levels of interest, fit, and purchase intent, prioritising pipeline entries based on potential ROI.
- Initiate and manage cold outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms, maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.
- Research prospective customers and market segments to identify and validate new lead channels and partnership opportunities.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of status, follow-ups, and conversion activity.
- Organise and maintain lead data using CRM tools, ensuring data hygiene and actionable reporting for leadership.
- Coordinate lead generation campaigns with marketing and sales stakeholders, ensuring alignment on messaging, targeting, and follow-up workflows.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to design, implement, and iterate on sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- BSc or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or a closely related role.
- Solid grasp of statistical reasoning, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement, applied to communication and campaign outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of building and qualifying prospect pipelines in B2B environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Proficiency with the Google Marketing Suite and email automation platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach across channels.
